Policies and regulations


• For the immersive shows, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the show is scheduled to begin.
• Strollers are allowed in our screening rooms at assigned seats and depending on availability.
• Dogs are not allowed inside the attractions, but guide dogs and service dogs are accepted.
• There is no age limit for the immersive shows.
• Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult to access our attractions.
• All Station de montagne sur mer sites are accessible to people with reduced mobility, with the exception of the Observation Deck, which has limited accessibility. People using a wheelchair must reserve their seats to Salle du Clocher in advance.


Universal accessibility

• Complimentary entry for one person accompanying a person with a disability. To take advantage of this offer, please visit Espace Découverte during business hours or call 418-797-2222.
• All buildings and restrooms are accessible for people with reduced mobility, except for the Observation Deck and access to the summit. The shuttle bus is not equipped with a wheelchair ramp.

Guidelines and rules of conduct

• It is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol or drugs and to smoke inside the attractions. Anyone failing to comply will be asked to leave.
• To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we ask that you remain quiet during the shows. Please turn off your electronic devices or turn on airplane mode before the screening begins.
• Due to copyright and to enhance the experience for all, photography and filming during the immersive shows are strictly forbidden.
• The immersive shows at Salle du Clocher and the Observation Deck start on time. Latecomers will not be admitted to the screening rooms.

Gender-neutral restrooms

• Observation Deck: Located in the summit lodge
• Salle du Clocher: Located outside in an adjoining building
• Place du Village: Located at Terrasse les Vagues and Espace Découverte


Ticket prices include locker access (voluntary donations accepted).


Reservation and validity
• As the number of seats is limited (50 at the Observation Deck and 30 at Salle du Clocher), we strongly recommend you make a reservation.
• Tickets are valid for the day selected only.

Cancellation, refund and exchange policy

No cancellations, refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the activity is cancelled by Station de montagne sur mer. In the event of a cancellation, please go to the Salle du Clocher ticket office or call 418-797-2222.
Be sure to carefully check the ticket types and the show dates and times before confirming your order. After order confirmation, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations can be made.

In the event the attractions are not accessible (defective facilities, weather conditions beyond our control) or a show is cancelled or postponed, Station de montagne sur mer’s responsibility is limited to offering a ticket exchange or refund. In this case, Station de montagne sur mer’s customer service will attempt to contact you to explain the exchange or refund procedure. You are responsible for following this procedure. Have your order confirmation number ready at the time of your inquiry to facilitate the refund or exchange procedure.

In the event of a refund, the credit card used at the time of purchase will be credited for the amount paid for the ticket(s) within 15 days of the refund request or show cancellation.

Terms of purchase and terms of use of the online ticketing service

The terms of use explain your rights and responsibilities when you purchase tickets to our attractions. They also govern and facilitate the purchase transaction to ensure your satisfaction.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By using the online ticketing service to purchase tickets, you are entering into a purchase transaction with Station de montagne sur mer de Mont-Saint-Pierre and you acknowledge that you have read the terms of use and expressly accept them. These terms may be updated at any time without notice.

Applicable rates

The rates indicated on the online ticketing service web page are the only rates applicable unless you have a promo code.
All ticket prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes.
Discounts on regular ticket prices do not apply to online purchases. You must go to the Espace Découverte ticket office to take advantage of the discount.

To take advantage of the following rates, you may be required to provide supporting documents upon entry to our attractions:
• Child rate: Valid ID with proof of age
• Mont-Saint-Pierre resident rate: Official ID with proof of age and address
• Family rate: Valid ID with proof of age for each child

Payment methods

Cash, debit cards or Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.

Transaction security

Purchases are processed via a secure system using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol: The information is encrypted by software and securely transmitted over the network.


The information you send directly online is treated confidentially and will be used only for the purposes for which it was collected.

Information relating to tickets purchased online may be used for statistical analysis purposes.

No personal information about ticket purchasers is sold, marketed or rented to third parties.

Order confirmation and ticket delivery

The data provided in the purchase transaction and your payment of the order constitute proof of the transaction, and your payment confirmation replaces your signature and confirms your acceptance of the transaction.
A purchase confirmation receipt will be sent via email to the email address provided during the purchase transaction. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during the purchase transaction is valid, that you have access to it and that the emails are not automatically directed to your junk mail folder. Station de montagne sur mer is not responsible for any problems resulting from an incorrect email address.

If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, if there is a service interruption after submitting payment information or if you receive an error message, you are responsible for contacting our customer service department at 418-797-2222 to verify whether your order was processed. You are the only person aware of any problems that might have occurred during the purchase transaction. Furthermore, Station de montagne sur mer is not liable for financial or other losses. Even if you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may still have been processed. It is your responsibility to check whether the purchase transaction was completed.

Electronic tickets are sent in a separate email to the email address provided during the purchase transaction. This email includes printable tickets and mobile tickets for devices such as iPads, iPhones and Androids. You can choose to print your tickets and present them when you arrive at the entrance to one of our attractions, or you can display your tickets on your mobile device. We strongly encourage the use of mobile tickets for environmental purposes. Please note that tickets cannot be printed on site by Station de montagne sur mer staff.

If you experience a technical problem with the transaction confirmation, or if you haven’t received or have lost your ticket(s), please contact our customer service department at 418-797-2222.

Resale and transfer restrictions

Any resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets may not be used for advertising and/or promotional purposes without the prior authorization of Station de montagne sur mer.

Ticket validation at attractions

All ticket holders must have their tickets validated at the entrance to one of our attractions.

Observation Deck cliffside walkway

• Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
